Employee Referral Bonus Program – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• All eligible employees may participate in the Employee Referral Program.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official Employee Referral Form before the candidate applies through any other source.

Referral Guidelines

• Only the first valid referral received for a candidate will be considered.
• The referred candidate must not already exist in the CivicMinds recruitment database for the same client position or hiring requirement.
• The referred candidate must not have been previously submitted or placed by CivicMinds with the same client.
• The referred candidate must not already be engaged in an active recruitment process with CivicMinds for the same client requirement.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete the client’s recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employment process.
• The referral bonus will be processed only after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 consecutive days of employment with the client, subject to all program eligibility requirements.
• The referring employee must be actively employed with CivicMinds on the referral bonus payment date.

Referral Terms & Conditions

• Submission of a referral does not guarantee an interview, placement, or a referral bonus.
• Referral eligibility is subject to verification by the Human Resources and Recruitment teams.
• Duplicate, incomplete, or invalid referrals may be disqualified.
• CivicMinds reserves the right to determine referral eligibility and bonus approval at its sole discretion.
• CivicMinds reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Employee Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
• All hiring and placement decisions are made based on the client’s hiring requirements and the candidate’s qualifications.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the CivicMinds Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and CivicMinds regarding use of the website and Services.
