Timing: Night Shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

Responsibilities : –
- Recruits, screens, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job opening.
- Utilizes social media and other tools to source and isolate qualified applicants.
- Notifies applicants of consideration or rejection.
- Works closely with leadership across the organization to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Full life-cycle recruiting of Accounting/Finance professionals in the US Consulting with managers on hiring needs and priorities.
Qualifications : –
- B. Com, M. Com, BBA(Finance), MBA Finance from an accredited University or College required.
- Knowledge of finance in financial services (a plus).
- Understanding trends and issues in the talent marketplace.
