He is known throughout Southern California as a master of start-ups. When creating his latest venture — CivicMinds Recruitment — he designed it to be a staffing firm above all else by combining two of his greatest passions, recruitment and immigration. His Goal: “To impact people’s lives in a positive and productive way.”
