Description

The assistant Nurse Manager, in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, plans, organizes, directs and actively participates in the nursing care of patients, works with the multi-disciplinary team to manage the day-to-day operations of the service. This includes problem solving, coordination of assignments and patient placement, staffing, CI activities, facilitation of staff competency, validation and performance monitoring. The Assistant Nurse Manager acts as a role model and a mentor to staff.

Education/Experience:

  • BSN required
  • 3 years relevant clinical experience required.

Job Summary

Works with physicians in identifying and coordinating patient/family/caregiver home care needs and providing skilled supportive care to patients and their families. Utilizes the nursing process to provide skilled care and comfort and maximizes the quality of life to the patient, family and caregiver. Job Summary

The Home Infusion Nurse provides care to patients in the home utilizing highly specialized skills. You will advocate for each patient individually while collaborating with the physician, pharmacist, nursing coordinator, and sales.
