Roles & Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health-related discipline.
  • 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in a leadership role
  • 2+ years of recent related experience working with eating disordered clients or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in partnering with an executive team.
  • Licensed Required: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC),
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Psy.D or Ph.D. as a Clinical counsellor or Registered as a Dietitian in the state the position is located.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Be licensed to provide mental health services in the state of California (LCSW, LMFT, or other comparable licenses; or be registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as either an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) or and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as meet other applicable requirements from the as approved the LA County Division of HIV and STD Programming.

  • Knowledge of community resources and the ability to assess client/family psychosocial needs
  • Two years of experience in a non-profit work environment provide direct client services. Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong written and interpersonal skills; commitment to working as part of a diverse, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Bilingual/Spanish preferred.

Summary

The Respiratory Lead Therapist ensures the provision of safe, effective respiratory services and products to patients at home including therapeutics, diagnostics, oxygen, and respiratory equipment. This responsibility extends to a 24-hour basis in coordination with the department Manager. The successful candidate must be proficient in all phases of respiratory care and must have the skills to lead a growing team of Respiratory Therapist clinicians.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory School and must have current RCP state licensure in the state inquiring about employment and in good standing

The BCBA will complete all necessary tasks for client case-load, including but not limited to, initial and follow up assessments, writing treatment plans and behavior protocols, meeting supervision requirements of both clients and technicians, ensuring treatment fidelity, and conducting parent and staff training. BCBA caseload will be primarily center-based; however some in-home services may be required. Some additional tasks may include marketing tasks, collaboration with other service providers, and scheduling both staff and clients.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Board Certification and in good standing with BACB
  • Michigan License in Behavior Analysis
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to speak and understand English.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete referral process for new clients
  • Complete initial and 6-month assessments
  • Write treatment plans that include measurable and observable goals
