Job Location:- E 252, Prosperity Tower, Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab
Shift Timings:- 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
Exp:- 1 to 5 years

Job Description

• Will be working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements on a day to day basis.
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.
• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
• Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
• We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity.
• Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
• Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.

Required Skills

• Must possess excellent Communication, interpersonal, analytical skills, flexible & detail oriented attitude.
• Must have 1+ yrs of Healthcare recruitment experience.
• Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
• Should have experience working with Healthcare Requirements (Nurses, Doctors, Radiologist etc.)
